Most agencies market other people’s products. Most software companies never have to sell anything. We do both, and it changes the advice we give: we know what a campaign needs from a website, and what a website needs from the system behind it.
We build our own products too. That gives us a reason to think beyond launch day, from how something looks to how it works in the hands of the people using it.
